Liverpool Waters
Transforming Liverpool’s historic northern docks into a world-class mixed-use waterfront.
About the project
Liverpool Waters is an ambitious 30-year regeneration vision to bring life back to the city’s northern docklands — creating a sustainable, high-quality, mixed-use waterfront that extends Liverpool’s Commercial Business District and its iconic world heritage waterfront.
Spanning over 2km of the River Mersey and covering 60 hectares of former dockland, the scheme represents the largest single development opportunity in Liverpool, driving significant economic growth for the city and wider region.
